What's the difference between RTO and RPO?

RTO is how fast you need to be back online; RPO is how much data you can afford to lose. We set both per workload and design backup frequency and failover to hit them.

How do you know our backups will actually restore?

We schedule automated restore drills and full failover tests, not just backup jobs. You get evidence each restore succeeded within the agreed RTO, proof, not assumptions.

Can backups survive a ransomware attack?

Yes. We use immutable, write-once copies stored offsite with restricted access, so encrypted or deleted production data can be recovered from a clean, untouched backup.

Can you protect our existing cloud and on-prem systems?
